Ilham Aliyev Appoints New Ambassadors of Azerbaijan to Germany and Moldova
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on September 7 on the appointment of Ramin Muzaffar Oglu Hasanov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Germany.
Another decree of the head of state appointed Gudsi Dursun Oglu Osmanov Azerbaijani Ambassador to Moldova.
Earlier Osmanov was Deputy Ambassador to the Russian Federation. -06D--
