Ilham Aliyev paid a visit to Singapore
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on a state visit to Singapore met with the leadership of this country. During the talks with President Tony Tan they discussed the prospects of bilateral relations in the economic, trade and energy fields.
These issues were also discussed at the meeting with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Longo.
They considered the beginning of the SOCAR activity in Singapore and the activity of a number of Singapore companies in Azerbaijan.
The sides also discussed issues of mutual interest, and stressed the need for mutual visits. -06D-
