By the order of President Ilham Aliyev, from September 1 on, the minimum wage in Azerbaijan is set in the amount of 105 manats (about 133.8 U.S. dollars).
The previous increase in the minimum wage was on December 1, 2011 by 10 percent and amounted to 93.5 manat. -06D-

On 12 September from 00:15 to 01:05 the Armenian armed forces fired several times with small arms at Azerbaijani army positions in the direction of Yukhary Buzgov settlement of Babek region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Azerbaijani units took adequate retaliatory measures in the mentioned direction, the press service of the Azerbaijani military department said in a statement.
