Baku/15.10.23/Turan: On October 15, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev raised the flag of Azerbaijan on the central square of Khankandi in front of the building of the former regional committee of the Communist Party, which housed the “administration” of the separatists.
The coat of arms of Azerbaijan is installed at the top of the facade of the building.
