Ilham Aliyev receives Prime Minister of Bulgaria
Ilham Aliyev received on an official visit to Baku, the delegation headed by the Prime Minister of Bulgaria Plamen Oresharski.
According to the President, during a meeting with the participation of the delegations, was expressed a satisfaction with the development of bilateral and multilateral relations, also stressed was the importance of expanding partnerships in the energy sector, and the participants exchanged views on prospects of cooperation.
Referring to the signing of important documents on cooperation in the energy sector during the last visit of Plamen Oresharski in Azerbaijan, Aliyev expressed satisfaction with the start of joint activities in the implementation of a major regional infrastructure project.
Ilham Aliyev stressed that good opportunities for the expansion of ties in energy, investment, business, joint production sites, tourism, agriculture, etc. spheres have been created.
Aliyev invited the Bulgarian companies to participate in projects implemented in Azerbaijan. The President said that Azerbaijan is also interested in the activities in Bulgaria as a partner and investor.
In reply, Oresharski said that cooperation between the two countries in the energy sector is developing successfully, and called for expansion of ties in the field of transport, chemistry, education, culture and other areas. -02D-
