Ilham Aliyev received the Russian delegation, headed by Alexander Zhilkin, the Governor of the Astrakhan region of Russia. During the meeting they discussed issues of cooperation and communication between Astrakhan and Azerbaijan.
Ilham Aliyev noted that for special merits in the development of economic and cultural ties with Azerbaijan, Alexander Zhilkin had been awarded the Order of Azerbaijan, "Dostlug," and gave him the Order. -02D-
