In Nakhchivan again attacked journalists
A group of journalists and local activists were today subjected to physical pressure on the part of the Customs Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The head of the Regional Resource Center for Democracy and NGOs Malahat Nasibova and the journalists Ilgar Nasibov, Elman Abbasov and Hakimeldostu Mehdiyev came to the Committee this morning to take away their camcorder and voice recorders confiscated at the Sadarak customs on Saturday.
However, a group of officers in the form of customs attacked them and pushed them out of the building, offending the journalists. "They told us that they did rightly, confiscating our camera," Malahat Nasibova told Turan.
Recall that the journalists were attacked on Saturday in the Sadarak customs, where they arrived to investigate the complaints of the businessman Mohammed Gurbanov. The businessman and his son-in-law Nadir Mammadov were beaten and detained. -06D-
