Information on the visit of President Ilham Aliyev in Paris on November 29-30, has not been confirmed. Earlier, diplomatic sources reported Aliyev's participation in the environmental summit and a possible meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Paris. However, the summit has already begun, but Aliyev has not left for Paris.

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
