Iran again blamed Israel for the deterioration of relations between Tehran and Baku
Baku/17.04.23 /Turan: Nasser Kanani, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, once again accused Israel of worsening relations between Iran and Azerbaijan during a briefing in Tehran on Monday.
He stated that "The Islamic Republic of Iran and Azerbaijan have enemies. The Zionist regime is one of the known enemies of bilateral relations."
Kanani emphasized the importance of establishing good-neighborly and friendly relations between Iran and Azerbaijan, based on mutual respect and common interests. He further stated that Iran has made diplomatic efforts to overcome recent tensions, taking into account that some forces may benefit from creating differences between the two countries, as reported by the IRNA news agency.--02--
