Iranian Ambassador in Baku decided to threaten Israel on behalf of Azerbaijan
Baku/06.11.23/Turan: It seems that the insane policy of official Tehran has so clouded the brains of Iranian officials that they are losing not only the sense of reality but also responsibility.
On 4 November, Iranian Ambassador to Baku Seyyed Abbas Mousavi in his Twitter account made threats against Israel, promising to bury Israel in the Mediterranean Sea.
If such expressions on the part of Iranian officials are not new, in this case the Iranian Ambassador apparently went completely off the rails and decided to speak on behalf of Azerbaijan.
In very bad English he wrote:
"At this stage the only brave fighters of Hamas are enough for you. You are weaker than a spider`s web.
Remember if one day İran intervenes, this time you will be buried in the Mediterranean instead of Nile. There is no way out! Now the whole world is against you!
The Muslim, brave and zealous people of Azerbaijan hate you, racist invaders like the rest of the world."
The Ambassador attached the flags of Iran, Palestine and Azerbaijan to his post.
Two days later, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry and none of the officials reprimanded the Ambassador or demanded explanations. Meanwhile, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is ready to respond in half an hour to critical remarks sounding from the ocean or Europe.
Does this mean a change in Baku's position on the situation in the Gaza Strip or has Baku decided to delegate to Tehran the right to speak on behalf of Azerbaijan? -02B-
