Iran’s Minister of Communications awarded the Order "Dostlug"

On Thursday the head of state Ilham Aliyev received the Minister of Communications of Iran, co-chairman of the State Commission for Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran, Mahmoud Vaezi. During the meeting, Aliyev announced that Vaezi has a "special merits" in the development of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran, for which he was awarded the "Dostlug" Order ( "Friendship"). In his turn, Mahmoud Vaezi stressed that  he feels a sense of pride because that serves the interests of Iran and Azerbaijan. Today,  the  meeting  of Vaezi  with the Azerbaijni Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev  resulted in  signing  four memorandums. In particular, the Sumgayit industrial park, Azerbaijan Investment Company and the company "Azersun" Iranian companies have signed with the "Khodro" and "Darou Pakhsh" a document on the production of medicines and automobiles in Azerbaijan. In particular, it is intended to establish production of 52 kinds of medicines in Sumgait. It is also expected to launch joint production of passenger cars in the city of Neftchala. It is planned to  complete the construction of car plant in two years. -02D-
