S.Lavrov will offer Yerevan ideas on Karabakh settlement (UPDATED)
During his visit to Yerevan April 21-22 Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will offer some developments over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova. "Sergei Lavrov nenver comes to meetings empty-handed," she said at a news briefing when being asked to comment on media reports that the Russian Foreign Minister travels to Yerevan with the plan for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"I think it would be wrong to say if it a plan, program, project, document. We are talking about certain operating time, the discussion of different ideas in line with the settlement. This is the intermediary role, our mediation role, in order to talk with the parties, to discuss the opportunities to hear their concerns, offer options for interchanges," RIA agency quoted Zakharova.-06D-
