Mingechevir-Shusha bus route opens
A regular bus route Mingechevir-Khojaly-Khankendi-Shusha will be launched from 8 February, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport said on Friday.
This will help provide quality transport services to citizens residing in the liberated territories within the framework of the ‘Great Return’ programme, as well as ensure the integration of the Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions into the country's transport system.
Flights will depart from Mingechevir bus station every day at 08:00, and from Shusha to Mingechevir at 16:00.
Note that the cost of a single ticket from Mingechevir to Shusha is AZN 5.50. Travelling to Khojaly is 4.50 AZN.
Tickets can only be purchased online at the portal ‘biletim.az’.
‘When buying tickets, it is obligatory to have passes to enter the liberated territories,’ the Ministry of Transport said.
