Jeyhun Bayramov receives the Special Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry for Armenian-Azerbaijani relations
Baku/22.07.22/Turan: On July 22, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received Igor Khovaev, special representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry for the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
According to the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, the parties exchanged views took place on the current situation in the region, including the steps taken within the process of normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia; as well as stressed the importance of the full implementation of the provisions of the tripartite statements signed by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in order to ensure peace and security in the region. In addition, the importance of mobilizing all efforts to advance the normalization process and achieve concrete results was noted.
Other regional issues of mutual interest were also discussed at the meeting. -16D--
