Joint military exercises of the Air Force of Azerbaijan and Turkey
A joint military exercises of the Turkish and Azerbaijani Air Forces began today near the Turkish city of Konya. According to the agency "Anadolu" doctrine under the name “TURAZ SHAHIN 2015” will last for a month - until April 2. The purpose of the exercise is the development of flight skills and understanding between the two countries in the Air Force combat situation.
The exercise involved aircraft Turkish Air Force F16, F-4E 2020, E-7T (HİK) and helicopters AS-532 and UN-1H.
From the Azerbaijani side - the MiG-29, Su-25 and Mi-17 helicopters. The total number of Azerbaijani military was 106 people.
According to the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan, the exercises are held in the framework of the annual plan of military cooperation between the two countries. -16D-

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) today issued five rulings on applications from Azerbaijan. The case of "Afgan Mammadov v. Azerbaijan" concerned the complainant's exclusion from the Bar Association. Mammadov was expelled based on a complaint filed by a colleague, which he considered unjust. The ECHR ruled that Mammadov's rights had been violated and ordered Azerbaijan to pay him €5,000 in compensation for moral damage and €1,000 to cover legal costs.
