Jubilee Events in Brussels on Occasion of Tenth Anniversary of Eastern Partnership
Baku / 13.05.19 / Turan: In Brussels, May 13-14, events are held dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the European Union"s Eastern Partnership Program.
In particular, the EU High Representative Federica Mogherini chairs the annual meeting of 28 EU member states and countries of the Eastern Partnership program.
The meeting will discuss the progress achieved in the framework of the "20 Results" project, which is planned until 2020.
On the evening of May 13, EU President Donald Tusk will organize a reception in honor of the heads of state and government of the Eastern Partnership countries.
At 17:15 Brussels time, a meeting of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev with Tusk is scheduled.
On 14 May, a high-level conference chaired by the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker will be held at the Charlemagne European Commission building. The conference will be attended by the heads of state and government of the Eastern Partnership countries, Foreign Ministers of EU member states, representatives of civil society, youth representatives and journalists. -16D-
