Karabakh Ceasefire Reached in Moscow
The agreement on cease-fire in the conflict zone was reached at the meeting of Chiefs of the Armed Forces of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Moscow. As reports Interfax, this was said by the Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.
The meeting took place in Moscow on April 5. On the same day at 12 o'clock the sides declared a truce. -06D-

On November 15, animal rights activist Kamran Mammadli was detained while staging a protest at the COP29 climate conference. Mammadli was protesting the shooting of street dogs in Azerbaijan. He raised a sign above his head that read: "Azerbaijani authorities are shooting dogs on the streets!"
