Baku/20.10.23/Turan: The Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan – Sergey Lavrov and Ceyhun Bayramov discussed topical issues of bilateral relations, regional and international agenda on October 20, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
