Lavrov's meeting with Bayramov
Moscow/05.12.23/Turan: The 3+3 regional platform is becoming more and more promising. This was stated on Tuesday by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, opening talks with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
"The initiative of Ilham Heydarovich Aliyev on the formation of the so-called 3+3 regional platform - three South Caucasian countries and three of their neighbors is already taking shape. This is also a promising format. I will be glad to hear your assessments on further steps in this direction," Lavrov said, addressing Bayramov.
The Russian side expects that the President of Azerbaijan will take part in the informal CIS summit in St. Petersburg at the end of the year, Lavrov continued.-0-
