Baku Court of Appeal chaired by Vagif Mursagulov dismissed the complaint of the journalist Rauf Mirkadyrov on the extension of his detention for five months. The court rejected all defense motions, according to the lawyer Elmar Suleymanov, defense requested a subpoena a lawyer Sabir Gadirov appointed while the extension of his arrest on November 20.
