Baku/07.07.23/Turan: Issues of deepening Azerbaijani-Albanian relations were discussed today in Baku at a meeting of the Presidents of the two countries – Ilham Aliyev and Bayram Begay.
According to the website of the head of Azerbaijan, Aliyev pointed out during the meeting that "very close friendly relations have been established between the two countries" and "there is a very good dynamics of political dialogue at a high level."
"I would call these relations excellent, and this is reflected in the mutual support in international institutions, practical activities in the energy and economic development," Aliyev said.
In turn, Begay noted that "in recent years, bilateral cooperation has been developing dynamically both in the political and economic spheres." He spoke in favor of deepening ties between Azerbaijan and Albania.
He added that 2023 is significant for bilateral ties, since the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations is being celebrated today. -06B-
