Baku / 14.11.17 / Turan: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a working visit to Moscow on November 16. In the Russian capital he will meet with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev said.
On November 20, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is expected to visit Baku. The purpose of his mission is not reported.
However, judging by the way Lavrov arrives in Baku four days after Mammadyarov's visit, his mission is of a particularly important nature, and the issue obviously requires discussions with the top leadership of Azerbaijan. -06D--

Shamshad Aga, editor of the "Argument.az" website, has been found guilty in the Meydan TV case of smuggling (Article 206.3.2 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to two months and one day in detention. The decision was made on February 6 by the Khatai District Court of Baku, as reported by Turan, citing his lawyer, Shahla Humbatova.
