Mammadyarov does not hide the disappointment after the talks with Lavrov
A meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia will be organized in Moscow. Baku has given his consent to such a meeting, said today at the briefing Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, commenting on the results of his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on January 24. Such recognition can be called sensational, because until now the official Baku positively assessed the role of Moscow, at the same time criticizing the West. Official baku left without an answer the latter remark of Lavrov that the Karabakh conflict is not an internal affair of Azerbaijan, and previous deliveries of "Iskander" missiles in Armenia. Although the remark of the US Secretary of State John Kerry that Armenia and Azerbaijan are not ready to peace, caused a storm in Baku, where the United States had been declared almost enemies of Azerbaijan. -02D-
