Mammadyarov Meets with OSCE Minsk Group and Nalbandian
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov within the framework of participation in the 70th session of the UN General Assembly met with the OSCE Minsk Group (Igor Popov (Russia), James Warlick (USA), and Pierre Andre (France ). The meeting was also attended by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk. According to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, the meeting continued negotiations to settle the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
Yesterday, according to Armenian media, Mammadyarov held a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
The meeting of the Ministers was held amid escalating tension at the front, the intensification of exchanges of fire with mortars and rocket-artillery systems, and mutual losses. -06D-

The Prosecutor's Office is investigating the deaths of two people during the recent floods in Baku, Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov said commenting on the consequences of the flooding of tunnels in the capital during the heavy rains on October 22 to journalists.
