Mammadyarov"s visit to Brussels and Dublin
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is on a visit in Brussels for participating in the meeting of foreign ministers of countries contributing to international peacekeeping operation in Afghanistan (İSAF). On December 5-7 Mammadyarov will attend the 19th plenary meeting of foreign ministers of the OSCE member states in Dublin.
Mammadyarov will speak at the OSCE Ministerial Council, and hold a number of bilateral and multilateral meetings. –06D--
