Baku / 31.01.18 / Turan: Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov headed an official delegation on January 31 with an official visit to Turkmenistan.
Within the framework of the visit Mammadyarov will meet with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Turkmenistan, the Foreign Minister of this country Rashid Meredov and other high-ranking officials. This is stated in the official press release of the Foreign Ministry. The purposes of the visit and the agenda of the talks are not reported.

The preliminary investigation into the case of Russian oligarch and former "state minister" of the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh, Ruben Vardanyan, has been completed.
