Ministry of Ecology Wants to Fine Subway
Baku / 02.03.18 / Turan: The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources appealed to the court with a request to fine the Baku Subway Department. The Ministry's information says the Subway damages the environment.
This conclusion was reached by the employees of the Environmental Protection Department, who conducted raids on compliance with the requirements of the law "On Environmental Protection".
It was revealed that KamAz cars with state numbers 90-JA-841 and 90-JO-787 illegally dumped waste of unknown origin on the shores of Lake Goo near the Lokbatan settlement of the Garadagh district of the capital. As it turned out, these cars belonged to the Baku Subway. The fact was recorded and sent to the court of the Nasimi district of Baku to fine the Subway as a legal entity. --- 0-
