Moscow is "jealous" of Berlin to Karabakh
Moscow/30.08.18/Turan: The countries involved in the settlement of the Karabakh conflict must solve the problem themselves, stated on Thursday a Russian MFA spokesperson Maria Zakharova at a traditional briefing in Moscow. Expressing his attitude to the statement of German Chancellor Angela Merkel that the Germany, as a member of the OSCE Minsk Group is ready to contribute to the settlement of the Karabakh conflict and assume political responsibility for this, Zakharova said: "I think that the countries directly involved in the settlement should solve all this, and all this should be done with an understanding of the efficiency of the existing formats." -02D-
