Baku / 18.09.18 / Turan: The Ashura ceremony should be held in accordance with the fatwa of the Caucasus Muslims Office, announced today the head of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, Mubariz Gurbanli. Speaking at a seminar on the tradition of religious ceremonies, he urged believers to abandon the ceremony of self-flagellation by chains and bloodletting.
