The last statement of the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, that Karabakh is not an internal problem of Azerbaijan, was another confirmation of Russia's policy, which it has been held for many years. This policy is aimed at supporting Armenia that seized Azerbaijani territories, and contradicts international norms and does not correspond to the status of neutral co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, reads the statement of the party "Musavat", which strongly condemns the statement by Lavrov, and considers Baku's reaction to his words spineless.
