Musavat urged parliament to abolish the anti-democratic law
At yesterday's meeting of the Divan of the Musavat party, internal party matters were discussed as well as the socio-political situation in the country.
Divan participants also discussed the use of hard fines against dozens of members of unauthorized rallies of 12 and 26 January, noting that these fines are illegal. They called on the parliament to cancel this antidemocratic and illogical law.
Gubad Ibadoglu, who heads the Committee to Protect Tofig Yagublu, spoke about the work done in respect of the defendant, as well as civil society initiatives in this direction. -05D04-
