Mustafayev and Grigoryan held a meeting in Moscow
Baku/30.08.22/Turan: Second meeting of the state commissions of Azerbaijan and Armenia on the delimitation of the state border and border security was held today in Moscow under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Ministers of the governments of Azerbaijan and Armenia - Shahin Mustafayev and Mher Grigoryan.
According to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, before the meeting, the heads of the delegations of the two countries met with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government Alexei Overchuk, who welcomed the continuation of the work of the commissions. During the meeting, the parties discussed organizational and procedural issues and exchanged views on the further work of the commissions and the regulation of their joint activities.
They expressed gratitude to the Russian side for the good organization of the meeting and agreed to hold the third meeting within the agreed time frame, the report concluded.—06B-

On Monday, the Baku Appeals Court considered the appeal of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov against the extension of his detention for another four months. The defense argued that the decision to extend Abilov's detention was unjustified, lawyer Fariz Namazly told reporters.
