Nakhchivan supported Rustam Ibragimbekov
The representatives of the Nakhchivan branches of the Popular Front (PPFA), Musavat and Civil Solidarity parties have held a meeting at the local Resource Centre for Democracy and Development.
The participants discussed the political situation in Nakhchivan and the perspectives of cooperation between the democratic forces.
They condemned the blackening of Rustam Ibragimbekov, a candidate for the presidency, nominated by the National Council of Democratic Forces.
It has been proposed to consider the issue of participation of Nakhchivan democratic forces at the National Council.
In particular, it was decided to delegate Hasan Shikhaliyev, head of the local PPFA branch, to the National Council. Creation of the branch of the National Council in Nakhchivan has been also discussed.-0-
