New assistant of Mehriban Aliyeva is appointed
Baku/14.11.17/Turan: By the order of the head of state on November 14, Gunduz Kerimov was appointed assistant to the first vice-president of the country. It is not reported which site will be supervised by Kerimov. At present Mehriban Aliyeva has four assistants: in addition to Kerimov, they are also Anar Alakperov, Yusuf Mammadaliev and Elchin Amirbekov. According to local media, Kerimov was born in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Baku State University. In 2002 he graduated from the master degree of the University of Indiana (USA). Then he worked at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences. In 2008 he defended his thesis. In the period 1998-2014 he worked in the banking sector, in the representation of the Red Cross, and worked as deputy of dean of the Juridical Faculty of the Baku State University. -05D-
