New commander of Russian peacekeepers negotiates with Armenians for passage of goods through Aghdam
Baku/31.08.23/Turan: The Armenian side continues to block the trucks of peacekeepers who cannot arrive in Aghdam to pick up 40 tons of flour sent from Baku for the Armenians of Karabakh.
According to Armenian sources, several hundred people have been blocking the road from Aghdam for two days.
Negotiations between the new commander of the peacekeepers, Major General Kirill Kulakov, and separatist leaders have not yet yielded results. -02D-
