Baku/24.11.23/ Turan: On November 30, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) will announce 10 decisions on 15 applications from Azerbaijan, said Khalid Agaliyev, the head of the monitoring group of the European Court of Human Rights.
One of the cases is the refusal of the Ministry of Justice to register the Popular Front Party, arguing that there is another party with the same name. The talk is about the party of Razi Nurullayev, who had previously left the PFPA.
The applicant considers that in this case there was a violation of Articles 11, 13 and 18 of the Convention on Human Rights.
In another lawsuit, former Health Minister Ali Insanov appealed his arrest and prison term. Another lawsuit was filed by Abgul Suleymanov, a religious figure sentenced to 11 years. Mehmet Celik and Faig Semih Bashoglu's lawsuit against Azerbaijan is related to their detention and deportation to Turkey.
The ECHR will announce a number of decisions on Azerbaijan's claims, the details of these cases are not given in the court's database. -16D-
