One million manat is allocated for the restoration of villages in Tovuz region
Baku/06.08.20/Turan: On August 6 the head of state issued an order on measures to eliminate damage caused to the civilian population and state property as a result of the shelling of the Armenian Armed Forces of the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan on July 12-16.
According to the order, objects in the villages of Agdam, Dondar Gushchu, Vahidli, Alibeyli, Yukhary Oysuzlu and Ashagi Oysuzlu are subject to restoration. One million manat is allocated from the Emergency Situations President's Reserve Fund for these purposes.
The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to submit proposals for improving social infrastructure in the above-mentioned villages of the Tovuz region within a month. -02D-

Today, the Baku Appellate Court reviewed Bahruz Samadov's appeal against the illegal search of his apartment and upheld the decision of the Sabail District Court dated September 5, lawyer Zibeyda Sadigova told Turan. According to her, the search of Samadov’s apartment was conducted without a court order, and without the presence of Samadov or his lawyer. Consequently, the defense requested that the search protocol be declared illegal and that the seized items be returned.
