Operational headquarters set up in Azerbaijani diplomatic missions in Turkey
Baku/06.02.23/Turan: Operational headquarters have been set up in Azerbaijan's Embassy in Ankara and general consulates in Istanbul and Kars due to the devastating earthquake in Turkey. The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The Azerbaijani diplomatic missions and the head of Azerbaijani Emergencies Ministry's delegation, who arrived to help eliminate the consequences of the earthquake, are in contact with relevant Turkish bodies to clarify the presence of Azerbaijani citizens among the victims.
The Azerbaijani Embassy is in regular contact with Azerbaijani students studying in Turkey. As information is received, it will be promptly released to the media.

Shamshad Aga, editor of the "Argument.az" website, has been found guilty in the Meydan TV case of smuggling (Article 206.3.2 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to two months and one day in detention.
