Orkhan Abbasov appointed head of Dashkesan region
By order of President Ilham Aliyev, Orhan Irshad oglu Abbasov was appointed head of the executive power of the Dashkesan region of the country.
Previously, Abbasov held senior positions in the Ministry of Science and Education.
