OSCE/ODIHR condemns physical violence against Azerbaijani prisoner
Baku/14.04.23/Turan: The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) issued a statement condemning physical violence against an Azerbaijani soldier in Armenia.
"The footage of the apparent ill-treatment of an Azerbaijani solider in Armenia is deeply troubling and the incident should be immediately investigated, helping to ensure accountability for those responsible in line with international law standards," a message on the organization's Twitter account.
This incident should be investigated immediately and the perpetrators brought to justice in accordance with international law, the report says. --0--

Baku's Khatai District Court on 7 November considered a petition to place 'Abzas Media' building director Ulvi Hasanli under house arrest.
