Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina condemn the Khojaly genocide
The Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina (People's Chamber of the Parliamentary Assembly) adopted a resolution "On recognition and respect for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan."
Along with recognition and respect for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, the resolution called for implementation of resolutions 822, 853, 874 and 884 of the UN Security Council and the immediate, complete and unconditional withdrawal of Armenian forces from the occupied territories.
The resolution condemns the ethnic cleansing during the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, and particularly crimes against humanity - the mass murder of the national and ethnic civilian population of Khojaly, and expresses its condolences to the families of the victims.
The document welcomes Azerbaijan's efforts to create conditions for the restoration of its territorial integrity and the elimination of threats and challenges to regional and international security.
Moreover, the importance of accelerating efforts of OSCE Minsk Group for the accession of regional peace and stability was noted. Along with this, there is support for the efforts of international organizations promoting with government and non-government the peaceful settlement of the conflict based on the fundamental principles of the rule of law, democracy and human rights, the press service of Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.–06D-

The Prosecutor's Office is investigating the deaths of two people during the recent floods in Baku, Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov said commenting on the consequences of the flooding of tunnels in the capital during the heavy rains on October 22 to journalists. According to him, the sewer system could not handle the large volume of floodwater, which led to the drowning of two people in a tunnel in the Sabunchu district of Baku. The floods revealed vulnerabilities in Baku's water infrastructure.
