Popular Front Classics: Hold fair elections at least once every 20 years
The Classic Popular Front Party called on the authorities to find and punish the criminals who attacked and wounded Ali Gyulalyev - the son of the head of the press service of the National Council Oktay Gyulalyev.
In the statement, the party expressed the requirement to ensure the rule of law in the course of elections, release political prisoners and "at least once in 20 years to hold democratic elections."
The statement recalled that a few days ago, the 16-year-old Ali Gyulalyev was beaten and stabbed.
Despite the lapse of several days, the criminals have not been found. On the contrary, they try to cover up the incident.
Moreover, on 26 September, a group of police was in Gyulalyev’s house where the teenager was alone. Without the participation of the adults, police exerted pressure on Ali and threatened him, trying to knock out the necessary evidence.
The police demanded to give a testimony against innocent people not related to the attack on him.
The police left the apartment only after the intervention of the public and appeals to international organizations. -03D04-
