On February 18 a meeting was held of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Grigory Karasin with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu.
During the meeting they discussed topical issues of the bilateral agenda and the preparations for the forthcoming official visit of the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov.
They also discussed the planned joint events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, which is celebrated on April 4
