Insurance Company A-Group Increases Authorized Capital by Two Million Manat
The Financial Markets Supervision Authority has registered 7,750 shares of the A-Group insurance company at a nominal price of 1,291 manat each. Thus, the company’s authorized capital will be increased from AZN 8 million 5,750 to AZN 10 million 5,250.
The authorized capital will be increased by increasing the nominal value of the 7,750 shares from AZN 1,033 to AZN 1,291 each.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
