Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General for Serious Crimes put forward a formal charge against Ilgar Mamedov, leader of REAL (Republican alternative). Earlier, the Interior Ministry and the Prosecutor General Office stated that Ilgar Mamedov and deputy chairman of "Musavat" Tofiq Yagublu arrived on the night of 23 January in Ismailli region, and incited people to riot.
