R. Ibrahimbekov: "Rumors About My Arrest Will Not Intimidate Me"
Rustam Ibrahimbekov, chair of the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF), commented to severalAzerbaijani media that upon his arrival in Azerbaijan, he will be arrested.
"There are no reasons despite rumors about this subject with the beginning of the criminal case (against the Union of Cinematographers - Turan). The purpose is to scare me, but they will not succeed," he said in an interview with Meydan TV.
The press service of the Prosecutor General's Office declined to comment.
Earlier reports suggest that Ibrahimbekov would return to Baku via the noon Tbilisi-Baku flight on July 31. -16D-
