At a tripartite meeting with the heads of Iran and Azerbaijan the Russian President Vladimir Putin , said that Moscow is ready to discuss the joint use of pipeline infrastructure to transport Caspian hydrocarbons.
"The priority is the implementation of projects for the development and exploration of oil and gas deposits, primarily in the Caspian region are ready to discuss and mutually beneficial schemes of sharing of pipeline infrastructure for the transportation of raw materials," RIA-Novosti quoted Putin. -06D—

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
