The Secretary General of the Council of Europe Torbjorn Jagland expressed his condolences to the victims of the fire in Baku today. "I have just been informed about the horrific fire in at Baku high rise. Such a tragedy. My deepest condolences to all those involved," wrote the Secretary General in his microblog on Twitter. -02D-
