Separatists offered to hold meeting with representatives of Baku in RPC area of responsibility
Baku/11.04.23/Turan: The Karabakh separatists, through the peacekeeping mission of the Russian Federation, sent Baku a proposal to hold a meeting at the place of deployment and with the mediation of the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent (RPC) to discuss "urgent humanitarian issues". Armenian media write about it.
Earlier, the administration of the President of Azerbaijan offered the separatists to hold meetings in Baku, but they refused to discuss it.
Official Baku considers it necessary to discuss the issues of reintegration of Karabakh Armenians, while the separatists advocate the discussion of "humanitarian issues". -06B-
