Shahramanyan refuses his own word
Baku/20.10.23/Turan: "The Republic of Artsakh has not been abolished. In more detail regarding the decree and the conditions as a result of which it appeared, I will speak publicly in detail on the air of the Public Television of Armenia." This was stated by the "president" of Karabakh Samvel Shahramanyan to the residents of Karabakh protesting in Yerevan.
"No document can disband the Republic of Artsakh, created by a popular referendum," he continued.
"I am ready to meet with each of you, tell you the details, but you must understand that both Artsakh and Armenia are in a very difficult situation, and every wrong action can lead to unpredictable consequences," he told protesters at the Karabakh representative office in Armenia.
On Friday, a large group of residents who left Karabakh organized a protest action on Friday, demanding an explanation of why Shahramanyan signed a decree on the dissolution of the "NKR".
Recall that on September 28, Samvel Shahramanyan signed a decree on the termination of the existence and dissolution of all the institutions of the "NKR" from January 1, 2024 -02D-
